These Terms of Service govern your use of nopawpets.com and purchases made from Nopaw. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. Business Identity
Nopaw is operated by NOPAW LTD, a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17345412.

The registered office is not automatically a product-return address. Contact us before returning a product.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information at checkout.
3. Products and Descriptions
We aim to display product descriptions, dimensions, colours and images accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing variations may affect appearance. Measurements may have reasonable minor variations.
Product availability may change without notice. We may correct genuine typographical errors or inaccuracies, but we will not materially substitute a product without your agreement.
Pet products must be used according to their instructions and under appropriate supervision. No toy is indestructible. Stop use if a product becomes damaged or presents a hazard. Product information is general and is not veterinary advice.
4. Prices, Currency and Taxes
Prices offered to Australian customers are intended to be displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless clearly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown at or before checkout.
Nopaw is operated by a UK-registered company and payment processing may occur outside Australia. Your financial institution may charge an international transaction or currency-conversion fee. Contact your financial institution for details.
We may change prices prospectively. A price change will not affect an order already accepted, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred and applicable law permits correction.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean we have accepted the order. The contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the product, depending on the applicable process and law.
We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable stock, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, delivery restrictions or incorrect information. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the
amount paid.
6. Payment
Payment must be made using a method offered at checkout. Payment services are provided by third parties and may be governed by additional terms.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
7. Shipping
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date.
Risk and ownership pass as determined by applicable law. Nothing in these terms makes the customer responsible for a parcel that is lost before legal delivery has occurred.
8. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Rights
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any mandatory consumer right or remedy. 
9. Acceptable Use
You must not:
  • use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity;
  • interfere with website security or operation;
  • introduce malicious code;
  • scrape, copy or exploit website content in violation of applicable law;
  • impersonate another person; or
  • submit false reviews, fraudulent payment claims or misleading information.
10. Intellectual Property
The Nopaw name, branding, original text, graphics and other store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may belong to NOPAW LTD, Jixindesign, licensors or other rights holders.

No content may be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission from the relevant rights holder, except as permitted by law.
11. Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, image or other content, you confirm that it is genuine, lawful and does not infringe another person's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use that content for operating and promoting Nopaw, subject to applicable privacy and consumer law.
We may moderate content for abuse, privacy, irrelevance or unlawful material. We will not selectively suppress genuine negative reviews merely because they are negative.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, carriers, fulfilment partners and social platforms. We are not responsible for an independent third-party website's content or privacy practices.
Using a fulfilment provider does not remove Nopaw's responsibilities as the seller where applicable law makes us responsible.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer guarantees.
Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, were caused by your misuse of a product, or arose from events outside our reasonable control.
If you use a product for business purposes, additional limitations may apply to the extent permitted by law.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without excluding any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live or where we direct our sales, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this clause requires an Australian consumer to surrender a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Complaints and Disputes
Contact support@nopawpets.com first and provide your order number and a clear description of the issue. We will attempt to resolve complaints fairly and within a reasonable time.
16. Changes
We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version. The terms in effect when an order is placed will generally govern that order, subject to applicable law.
